Service Hours Record
Be sure to check the service hour record frequently to make sure you are on track! You can access it by pressing the button below or in our Google Classroom.

You must complete at least 10 hours each semester to be considered an "active" member of the club and to have your name stay on the service record​.
Service Hour Submission Form
If you have attended any service events that were posted on Google Classroom by our Project Coordinators, please complete the Service Hour Submission Form to submit proof of your volunteering.
Outside Event Submission Form
If you have completed volunteer service outside of Key Club, please submit your proof of volunteering through the Outside Hours Submission Form!
